Under the terms of the five-year deal, The TLC Companies will leverage TALX's proven ability to manage employment tax risk and reduce benefit charge errors. TALX will verify the unemployment tax rates of TLC's clients and analyze the profitability of voluntary contributions, as well as provide additional unemployment tax services.
TALX will also automate all of TLC's employment and income verification requests, saving time and money for The TLC Companies and its clients. This service, known as The Work Number, provides accurate and up-to-date information to approved verifiers 24/7 while limiting liability to employers by sharing only relevant employment data.
