For the past seven years, TALX's 16-member Client Advisory Board has provided a forum for TALX to hear directly from executives and thought leaders of select clients and gather feedback on new service concepts. The most recent CAB meeting focused on subjects ranging from onboarding challenges to how companies are responding to the current economic climate. CAB members also discussed potential new services that TALX could consider introducing to the HR industry.
"It is always a pleasure to gather some of our leading customers to discuss the issues all employers are facing. We welcome the insight our newest members can provide as well. Not only does the CAB offer terrific networking opportunities for our clients, but it also gives us the opportunity to hear first-hand what our clients need most when it comes to HR, payroll and tax services," said Dann Adams, TALX President.
"It is truly rewarding to know that TALX is listening to its clients and taking the initiative to develop our ideas and suggestions into products and services we can use," stated CAB member, Tracy Johnson at Allegis Group. "It also is invaluable to have a forum to discuss industry trends and common business challenges with other forward-looking executives."
The TALX Client Advisory Board convenes throughout the year to provide TALX with ideas of what clients need and how TALX can grow to meet those needs. In addition to its new members, the CAB includes other major employers such as ACS, A Xerox Company; UPS and Whole Foods Market.
