Equifax Capital Markets Managing Director to Serve as ASF Conference Panelist

Session to Highlight Equifax's Latest Analysis on Default Timing

What: Innovations in the secondary market are giving investors greater
insight into the collateral health of non-agency mortgage-backed
securities. Beyond revolving debt, what other metrics serve as leading
indicators of mortgage default? With timelines between revolving debt
and mortgage defaults shrinking to eight months on a national average,
what tools can investors leverage to better predict loan performance?
Afshin Goodarzi of Equifax Capital Markets will address these
questions in a panel entitled "Securitization Data and Analytics
Innovations," held in conjunction with the 2011 ASF Conference.

Joining Goodarzi on this panel are industry thought leaders, who will
cover topics such as RMBS disclosure and reporting, ASF Project
RESTART and emerging technology trends. This one-hour, interactive
panel is open to members of the media and intended for professionals
responsible for managing securitized collateral risk.

Who: Afshin Goodarzi is managing director of Equifax Capital Markets, where
he leads predictive modeling, research and consulting for the ABS/MBS
market. As a panelist, Goodarzi will discuss the growing need to
provide the secondary market with greater transparency into
securitized mortgage loan performance. Specifically, he will address
how innovative data solutions can offer investors unique ways of
analyzing borrower behavior to better predict loan delinquency,
default and prepayment. Participants will learn about leading
indicators of mortgage default and hear first-hand about Equifax's
latest analysis on default distance, a metric which provides strategic
insight into default timing. Equifax will showcase its analysis and
suite of Capital Markets solutions in booth #410 at the ASF
         Conference.

When: Wednesday, February 9, 9:00 – 9:55 a.m. ET

Where: Marriott Orlando, Grand Ballroom 9,10,11
