DETAILS:

One of the greatest challenges employers face in the Form I-9 process is achieving compliance for remote employees working miles from the nearest company facility or hiring manager. As more companies expand sales presence nationwide and allow a more flexible, work-from-home model for employees, effectively onboarding new hires wherever they are located is a significant concern for HR, hiring managers and business leaders who seek to protect the bottom line from costly audits and penalties that result from non-compliance.

During this complimentary webinar, Equifax Workforces Solutions vice president of Product Strategy, Dave Fowler, will join with Weronika Bromberg, talent acquisition systems product manager at Intuit, to explore the common issues employers face, and share the positive results Inuit experienced as a result of implementing Equifax Workforce Solutions' industry leading remote I-9 management solution. Leveraging a nationwide network of Form I-9 specialists stationed across hundreds of locations, Intuit reduced its average Form I-9 processing time and lowered its error rate significantly. During this session, Bromberg will also discuss new employees' perceptions and how the company improved satisfaction among new hires with an efficient and streamlined onboarding process, including a rapid interview-to-hire time for remote new hires.

Participants of this session will learn about the special challenges Intuit faced due to high volume recruitment and why it needed a scalable solution. Bromberg and Fowler will also address the difficulties of using a notary-based I-9 completion process, the compliance concerns that result from remote I-9 completion and key metrics – such as error rates and turn-around time – for tracking and evaluating results.

Attendees: HR professionals interested in learning how to more effectively manage remote Form I-9 completion while streamlining their onboarding process and minimizing the chance for errors are encouraged to attend this complimentary one-hour presentation.
