Equifax Expands Marketing Product Offerings for Bank Marketers
New "Household Direct" (HD) Products Help Marketers Adapt to Changing Compliance Challenges
ATLANTA, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Equifax today announced the launch of a new "Household Direct" (HD) suite of solutions designed to offer additional options for financial institutions adapting their marketing practices to their shifting internal compliance practices. Developed by Equifax's IXI Services division in response to feedback from financial institution customers, the HD versions of IXI products offer clients the high performance of traditional IXI marketing products while avoiding use of data components that may not fit some institutions' enhanced internal compliance practices.
For over 20 years, IXI Services' household-level consumer financial capacity estimates have allowed financial institutions to optimize omni-channel marketing efforts, maximize sales opportunities, and help build more profitable business relationship with consumers. HD versions of several of the most widely-used IXI financial capacity measures will be available, including:
- WealthComplete® HD: A household estimate of total invested assets designed to help financial institutions gauge share of wallet, conduct opportunity analysis, and determine cross-sell/upsell strategies
- Income360® HD: A total household income estimate, including income from wages and income generated from investments, designed for use in segmentation and model development for prospecting, account management and cross sell applications
- Discretionary Spending Dollars™ HD and Discretionary Spending Index™ HD: A dollar and index measure of households' likely annual discretionary spending capacity for enhancing target marketing and model development where spending is a factor.
The new HD versions of these products have been built without the use of age and utilize additional predictive inputs to ensure the same high performance of the traditional products. The result is a household-level score without components that could create obstacles for internal compliance practices.
"We are committed not only to providing unparalleled financial capacity insights to help our clients enhance their marketing strategies, but also to ensuring that our solutions can be used in a way that is right for them. Likewise, we respect that our clients may have specific considerations and internal responsible banking compliance practices that require specialized treatments for certain marketing model inputs," said Isio Nelson, General Manager of IXI Services, Equifax. "We created these HD products so our clients have the freedom to choose the solution that works best for them."
The first product to be released in HD ‒ Income360 HD ‒ is now available. Additional HD products will be available in 2015. WealthComplete HD is exclusively for IXI Network Members, while the other products in the suite are available to all companies. Traditional versions of all of IXI's marketing data products will continue to be offered in addition to the new HD versions.
