What You Need to Know Now about Form I-9 and Immigration Enforcement
In this session, Jason Fry, senior director, Product Management and Brian Elfrink, director, I-9 Product Management for Equifax Workforce Solutions will join Monserrat Miller, partner, Arnall Golden Gregory LLP. Exploring the new Form I-9 going into effect this September, Fry, Elfrink and Miller will focus on what employers need to know. In addition, Fry, Elfrink and Miller will share best practices for improving Form I-9 compliance during new hire onboarding and offer tips for mitigating potential risks.

Dot-to-Doc: Connecting the Dots between HR Documentation and Unemployment Liability

Digging into the connectivity between written agreements, employee policies, performance evaluations and more, Austin and Solovic will help connect the dots between documentation and risk.
