Equifax to Update 2007 Full Year Guidance on June 4 to Reflect TALX Acquisition
ATLANTA, May 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX) plans to announce updated guidance for full year 2007 in a press release that will be issued after the market close on Monday, June 4, 2007. Equifax is updating its expected financial performance for 2007 as a result of its acquisition of TALX Corporation which was completed on May 15, 2007.
