Equifax DBS emerged as one of only 12 companies from 144 surveyed to meet Forrester's selection criteria. Those 12 companies were then measured against 143 criteria through a series of vendor surveys and executive interviews to determine their placement on the Forrester Wave. The criteria questions were based on a provider's current service offerings, its strategy and market presence.
The report notes, "Equifax DBS clients we interviewed praised the company's practical, integrated delivery and describe the company as very professional, transparent, and flexible." The company also was cited for its "relevant, cost-effective solutions for mid-market buyers."
